LEF Ingenieros has developed a new EPC project for a water treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 60 m3 / h (24 hours a day) in Peru, for a leading company in the mining and metal sector.

It is currently in the process of exploitation.

The installed treatment consists of various phases composed of a physical-chemical treatment followed by several stages of membrane technology: ultrafiltration + 2-step reverse osmosis. In this way, water suitable for agricultural use is obtained, thus reducing the environmental impact of the activity.
